Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4 years of experience in JAVA/.NET Application Support
• Experience in Autosys
• Experience in Linux/ Unix Shell scripting and PL/SQL
• Experience in Incident, Request, Change and Problem management
• Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Samanage/Cherwell etc.)
• Experience in monitoring tools such as AppDynamics
Must be able to work in 24x7 support environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ITIL framework and basic project management
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Prior experience of supporting Oracle Flexcube and SWIFT messaging network
• Knowledge of Jira, CI-CD Tools, IBM MQ, Web / App layers, WebSphere, WebLogic, I.H.S, Apache Tomcat, Kubernetes
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Able to mentor team members and build a high-performance work culture
• Collate relevant support metrics and present meaningful insights and reports to Client management
• Good Communication, Analytical, Planning and co-ordination skills
