Responsibilities
Walk facility daily and report any issues to the facilities manager
Inspect all intereior lighting and change bulbs
Inventory supplies stocked in breakroom
Order all supplies through Costco
Handle maintanence issues
Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Good written and verbal skills
Stroung organization skills
New hire workstation set up
Handle and assist with maintenance issues
The essential functions of this role include:
•working in a smoke free environment
•working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
