Top Tier Pay Incentive Plan:
• Weekly Incentive -  $.10/mile for all miles driven - for driving safely throughout the week
• Monthly Incentive - additional pay per mile - $.10-$.30/mile – for all miles over 4,000 if operators continue to drive safely and deliver their shipments on-time for the entire 4-week period
• Safety and service incentive will enable safe and high performing drivers to add $1,000 - $1,500 every four weeks
