The firm practices in all of North and South Florida from our offices in Jacksonville, Fleming Island, Ormond Beach, Gainesville, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Ft. Walton Beach, Pensacola, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
We have the ability and experience to handle all of your family law needs, from the detailed management of a complex marital property dispute, to the sensitive advocacy needed in an emotionally charged child custody proceeding.

Job Details
Associate Attorney Qualifications:
• Candidates must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years litigation experience, family law preferred.
Associate Attorney Skills:
• Ambitious, willing, and able to handle a high volume of cases from start to finish.
• Candidate must be a driven self-starter with excellent analytical and writing skills capable of independently managing a variety of projects efficiently.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Emotionally intelligent with active listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve matters ethically and professionally.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a desire to assist clients in their family law case.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must possess great time management skills.
• Able to lead support staff by fostering an environment of good communication, fairness, empathy, and accountability.
