Job Description
We need two administrative assistants (1 full-time opening and 1 part-time opening) who can naturally influence any organization they work for, from constructiveness and commitment to executing day to day tasks. You'll be privileged to learn and grow with a progressive minded tech company while being instrumental in a number of creative projects. This is a well-paying, long-term role; best suited for experienced individuals who exude a poised demeanor, who are no stranger to working within a communal environment.
The pay rate for both of these openings start at a minimum of $17.80 per hour (non-negotiable for 60 days). Includes a comprehensive benefits package consisting of several healthcare / dental options, plus:

Job Requirements
• You will act as the first point of contact to the coding staff on any office needs in addition to:
• Maintaining communal office spaces and overseeing reception
• General bookkeeping and client invoicing tasks (requiring frequent use of quickbooks and google docs)
• Helping with small marketing campaigns and social media account maintenance
• Keeping a pulse on what is happening throughout the company and with clients

Other Expectations: Developing, implementing and improving office policies and procedures. Coordinating events for meetings and/or hospitality which may include choosing the most appropriate event site, organizing schedules. Receiving calls, taking messages, providing email support. Preparing forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures. Experience with a variety of technological platforms is preferred (including but not limited to: Google/G:Suite, Mac OS X.
Classification : Permanent ; this is NOT a temp position. Long term candidates only. There is some scheduling flexibility for the part-time position (weekdays).
