Kforce has a client seeking an HR Shared Service Center Specialist in Tampa, FL. Summary: The HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) Specialist is responsible for execution of Call Center operations functioning as a primary source of knowledge and expertise to US Partners, staff and HR personnel on a wide variety of subject matter areas. Responsibilities:
• Payroll and taxes
• HR policy
• Learning and Education
• Execution of service delivery
• No budget responsibility, but has functional ability to impact firm risk management efforts related to call center expertise and response
• Team oversees the system and keeping knowledge system up to date, working on special projects
• Works under the guidance and supervision of Call Center Senior Associate and is able to resolve issues within realm of expertise
• Consults with Call Center Senior Associate to address more complex issues
• Will initiate the appropriate dialogue with supervisors and internal clients to resolve service issues
• Strong customer service skills
• Time management skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Experience with a Shared Services delivery model
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to take information and communicate it effectively for resolution
