BluePearl’s Tampa location is hiring an exceptional Senior Security Assurance & Compliance Analyst
The primary purpose and function of Senior Security Assurance & Compliance Analyst is to assess, communicate, and reduce risk to the Business.  This requires deep & current expertise in the underlying technology, an up-to-date understanding of the industry & legal mandates, and strong background in securing an organization that is a part of a global enterprise.  This role focuses on risk related to compliance with Payment Card Industry Standards, Data Privacy Policy, to include CCPA, and Vendor Risk Management.
Description As the Senior Security Assurance & Compliance Analyst you will
• PCI Compliance Program
• Lead for ongoing PCI activities, ensuring the organization is PCI compliant.
• Serve as liaison with Mars Risk and Compliance Team.
• Develop processes to standardize collection and reporting of compliance related materials.
• Provide a Learning and Development intervention where required to educate associates on our PCI program, its requirements, and strategies for compliance.
• Lead PCI related projects (such as gap assessments, annual audits, and assessments of new acquisitions).
• Data Privacy
• This role will also be responsible for data privacy activities, working with Mars Data Privacy teams on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for BluePearl.
• Implementing requirements at BluePearl and ensure we are adhering to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
• Create and maintain inventory of BluePearl assets related to CCPA.
• Vendor Risk Management
• Will also work with Mars Vendor Risk & Compliance Teams, along with BluePearl Commercial, on Vendor Risk Assessments (VRM).
• Guide organization with new vendors/solutions and ensure completion of VRM with Mars, as well as revisit those expired from current vendors.
• Evaluate the security of vendors and hosted solutions based on approved Mars Information Security standards. Determine risk and potential impact based on emerging security threats.
• Work with Mars architects on solutions/platforms that need an Enterprise Architecture/Security Architecture Review.
• Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Security, IT, or Computer Science required, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
10+ years of relevant professional experience in IT and Information Security.  Experience should be across domains such as infrastructure, Application Security, Identity, Authentication and Audit. With 3+ of those years in governance, risk management, and compliance preferred.
Prefer health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Certifications highly desired. (CISM, CRISC, CGEIT or CISSP).
