Job Description Infosys is seeking ServiceNow ITAM Lead. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Client Leadership and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties include leading large complex programs for ServiceNow Implementations and provide design recommendations. Also analyze IT governance structures and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITSM/ITIL best practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Minimum of 3 years overall experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Engagements.
• Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management and ITIL practices
• Practical experience working with agile methodologies/tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
• Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
• Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.
• Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow – Asset Management certifications preferred
• ServiceNow – Implementation certifications preferred
• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in ServiceNow projects – Architects and design
• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Hardware/Software Asset Management Projects
• Experience in ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/Asset Management
• Flexera Software Asset Management skills preferred
• Responsible for the design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop workflow and integrations using API between ServiceNow components as well as external systems
• Develop integration between ServiceNow and Other tools
• Provide technical support and guidance to Development team
• Design, develop, and implement solutions and/or projects related to ServiceNow modules (ITSM/Asset Management & other modules)
• Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to standard processes and procedures such as automation through scripting, programming, etc.
• Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
• Experience working with Integrations (Web services, REST API's) and UI Designs
• Experience in gathering functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow/SAM projects and design the solution
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Experience with project management and ITIL implementation
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
