Primary duties include enforcing animal control statutes, regulations & ordinances; responding to public complaints regarding possible violations; issuing violations & citations; handing of animals; euthanizing injured, sick, dangerous & unwanted animals; cleaning. On call and weekend hours required.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; valid Ky driver’s license; excellent communication skills; clean driving record; law enforcement experience & experience with animals preferred. Starting pay rate $18.39/hr.
