Kelly Technology is currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer for a permanent role. The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for the implementation and delivery of microservices and web-based user interfaces that are designed for mobile, tablet and desktop browsers. This is an opportunity to join an exciting project in the early phases of developing a cloud-native, responsive web app. Our primary stack includes Angular, .NET Core with AWS Lambda and AWS Aurora Postgres. **Responsibilities:**
+ Design and author code that is compliant with industry standards and best practices
+ Participate in sprint planning, story point estimating, daily stand ups and sprint retrospectives
+ Lead the development and prototyping of microservices and user interfaces
+ Work closely with our Architects, UI/UX designers and other team members to collaborate on software designs that meet technical and business requirements
+ As implementations are being considered, present multiple options that balance user experience, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
+ Ensure unit tests meet or exceed standard coverage requirements
**Skills/Competencies:**
+ 3+ years using HTML and CSS with knowledge of advanced styling concepts
+ 3+ years building microservices applications on the AWS platform
+ 3+ years implementing responsive applications with Angular 5+ 7+ years building applications on the .NET Framework/Core
+ Advanced knowledge of .NET internals
+ Advanced knowledge of the Amazon Web Services ecosystem including the ability to leverage tools and techniques to optimize application performance
+ Advanced understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
+ Experience implementing Responsive Web Designs that are consumer grade, cross-browser, and cross device compatible
+ Good understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
+ Knowledge of DevOps, test automation and CI/CD best practices
+ Passion for learning new languages/technologies and staying on top of the technology wave
+ Proficiency with Git
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude to learn
+ Strong professional skills including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
+ Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

+ Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of work-related experience
+ 5+ years of practical technical expertise designing and developing enterprise-scale software products and solutions
Kelly Technology is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer for a permanent role. The role of Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for the development and maintenance and works within the Project Pursuit and Delivery Product Team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the .NET ecosystem, has experience with both desktop and web applications and thrives in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Collaborate with Product Team members to translate complex business requirements into sound architectural designs
+ Develop business acumen with Project Pursuit and Delivery capabilities
+ Participate in technical assessments and code reviews
+ Deliver all work products in accordance with Software Engineering standards and best practices
+ Actively engage with Software Engineering leadership on continuous improvement efforts
+ Develop unit tests and perform complex debugging
+ Produce accurate time/effort estimates using proven estimation techniques
**Skills/Competencies:**
+ 8+ years of object-oriented design and development using C#
+ 5+ years of experience developing rich web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and one or more front-end frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React, etc.)
+ 5+ years of experience with WPF
+ 5+ years of experience with SQL Server
+ 5+ years using source code versioning tools, including TFS and Git
+ 4+ years implementing unit tests that achieve at least 80% code coverage
+ 3+ years mentoring and coaching others
+ 2+ years working in an Agile team environment
+ 1+ years of experience developing Responsive applications that work across browsers and devices
+ Experience using diagnostic tools to identify and optimize end to end response time, WAN latency, CPU utilization, and memory allocation
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude and passion to learn
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
**Education, prior work experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree or 8 or more years of work-related experience
**Specialized License, Certifications:**
+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (Desired)
