Full Job Description Global Sales is a leading exporter of building materials and cabinetry. We are a growing organization seeking a detail oriented and organized candidate to join our team. Duties/Responsibilities:
• Shipping Instructions and recording on boards.
• Assists in running various reports necessary to evaluate business process and profitability.
• Backup accounting manager on statements, payroll, tax filings, bank statements and credit matters.
• Invoicing
• Entering customer payments
• Processing Bills
• Processing credit card payments
• Reconciling credit card payments
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
• Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.
• Ability to efficiently operate a 10-key calculator or equivalent and other related office equipment.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, familiarity with Net Suite, a plus!

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
