Full Job Description New Tampa Provisions, a Local Purveyor of Boar's Head Brand, is currently seeking an energetic, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate to join our team must be friendly, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. This position is responsible for accurately fulfilling orders in a refrigerated warehouse as well as unloading trucks and shipments at the warehouse. Deli experience a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
· Efficiently pull orders from a pick slip and enter the computer system.
· Lift 50+ lbs. daily.
· Unload shipments to the warehouse and rotate products.
· Take accurate count of inventory on hand weekly.
· Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
· Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
· Responsible for keeping the work area clean.
· Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
· Must have the ability to read and write.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
· Ability to work in cold temperatures for hours at a time.
· Ability to pass random drug tests and background checks.
· Ability to perform work that requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting effect.
· Basic skills in math, reading, and writing.
· Forklift experience or certification preferred but not necessary.
