Full Job Description We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team! You will work with our customers to resolve various types of Network, VoIP, Cloud, Server, and Desktop related issues. You will need to be a jack of all trades so to speak. This position will report to the Tampa Office. You must live in the Tampa Bay area, no relocation is available.
To be considered for this position, you must currently be in the IT Field. You must also live in, or near Tampa to be considered. Hours will be 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Sen d salary requirements with your cover letter.
Our customers are located throughout the Tampa Bay Area. If you are looking to take the next step and get your hands into MANY different types of environments, and learn a lot in a short amount of time - well then this IS the job for you!
Responsibilities:
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or via Remote Access
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Document customer environments and provide ongoing support
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Perform IT Security and Risk Assessments
• Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
