Paid orientation - $220 for 2 days of orientation.
Transition pay - $1,100 for 2 full weeks.

Job Summary
• Company driver (W2, solo)
• Removable Gooseneck, Single Drop and Flatbed trailer
• OTR
• $1,300 - $1,700 total average weekly pay
• 1,700 - 2,300 average miles per week
• Dedicated
• Line haul
• 100% no touch freight
• Flatbed (50% tarping)
Home Time
• 14 - 28 days out (stay out longer if you want)
• Get 1 day of home time for every 7 days worked
• Home at least one weekend per month

PAID TIME OFF (PTO) Paid at rate of $150/day  5 days after 1st year  10 days after 2 nd year
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Stacking and sorting delivered cargo.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Hiring Requirements
• At least 25 years old
• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: Air brakes (L,Z), Night driving (G), No semi trailer (O) or Medical variance (M)
• 3 years Tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Experience must be with a 48 ft trailer minimum
• Must have TWIC card at time of hire
• Must be able to pass urine drug test
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must have basic English proficiency
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
