Seeking a Network Engineer (Enterprise. Routing) in Tampa, FL.
Role Description
The Network Engineer (NE) is responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of network hardware, software, applications, security, and related systems. This individual participates in technical research, architecture, design, and development to enable continuing innovation within the network infrastructure. This individual will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager and project teams with technical issues in the Initiation, Design, and Planning phases of our ongoing and future projects.
Skills & Requirements
* Enterprise networks (VoIP, SIP, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
* Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, NAT, PAT, IPSEC, SSL VPN, etc.)
* LAN/WAN
* Aruba Access Points, Fortinet Firewalls, Network Monitoring Tools (ex. What's Up Gold/WUG, etc.)
* Cisco Switching environment experience
* Virtualization tech - VMware and/or Hyper-V
* Windows experience (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy etc.)
* Understanding of cloud tech - Azure and/or AWS
* Some knowledge of governing bodies (PCI, SAS70, etc.)
