Job Summary:
+ Provides supervision and therapeutic services to adult clients in a short term crisis stabilization unit.
+ Supervises self-administration of medications of residents, completes unit documentation as required for admissions and discharges.
+ Completes activities as per schedule, monitors mental and physical status of residents.
+ Reports changes in client status and unit concerns to Program Manager/Nurse Coordinator as indicated.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma/GED.
+ Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
