Role and Responsibilities
The shift is a part-time only with no more than 15-20 hours a week, M – F. The individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance in two key areas of the business:
• Android tablet setup, application installation, and asset management / inventory.
• Providing other departments with assistance and support when needed and time allows.
Job Summary
1. Unbox tablets, configure tablets, and maintain the tablet asset inventory management system to provide reporting for future order fulfillment.
2. Install the required software applications on the tablets.
3. Assist in day-to-day IT support in the workplace.
4. Assist in technical support with customers when it is needed.
5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed
Preferred Skills
• A+ Certified or equivalent technical experience
• Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365
• E-mail support
• Technical background with Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac (not required), and Android / iOS tablet devices.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees wear mask, there are only 2-3 employees in the office at a time.
