POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providingsupport to end users by phone, email, and ticketing system.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Provide daily technical support for mobilephones and tablets
• Fulfilling requests via carrier portals and in-houseinventory
• Maintain contracted SLA’s while providingexceptional customer service
• Ability to work in multiple systemssimultaneously
• Fielding inbound and outbound phone calls
• Independent problem solving
