Information Services Group is seeking a Technical Lead specializing in relational database based application architecture and development to join our development team for KYC Population Management (KPM).  Potential Candidates must have experience with designing and building both batch and real-time processing systems.  This role requires in-depth understanding of Database mechanism and performance tuning with Oracle.  Work requires coordination across ETL, DB, BI report, Web UI, and Middleware developers, and across multiple regions and time zones.  Therefore, a diversified technical background is preferred.  All processes will be deployed with Unix/Linux environments; therefore a working understanding of Unix/Linux is also required.
The Business we are supporting is ICG KYC within Citi.  The Know Your Client (KYC) Utility is an AML/Control function within Institutional Clients Group (ICG) within Citi. The KYC Operations Teams within ICG is responsible for conducting due diligence for Citi’s Institutional customers.  This role combines working on internal functional requirements as well as managing data integrations.  KYC knowledge will be a plus.
KPM system allows KYC SME expertise used in conjunction with Technology automation, providing a population management framework that manage ICG KYC population, inclusive of ICG Banking, Markets, and CCB.  It serves as the foundation for golden source reporting (batch processing), and provider of event-driven messaging of KYC events (real-time processing).  KPM aligns to a broader ISG objective of providing KYC automation, improve operational efficiency, and satisfy internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Completes population management functions migration/re-platforming to ISG, and by porting over resources (Database, ETL, BI) and processes.
• Create a complete build of ISG KPM, inclusive of all control UIs (full queue manager, audit review function, full admin control (hold and release), and full prioritization model) and all Middleware event driven processes (inbound and outbound requests from other Technology partners)
• Up-keeping of existing Business As Usual reporting
Required Skill:
• Strong hands on experience with RDBMS: Oracle (7+ years)
• SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader
• Stored Procedures, Packages
• UNIX, Shell Scripting
• Experience with database consolidation and integration development projects
• Expertise in relational database design
• Solid experience in data analysis, data modeling and SQL performance tuning
• Exception Handling
• Problem solving skills when addressing and resolving issues, assessing possible systems
• Impacts and recommending technical solutions
• Conduct code walk-thru of systems solutions to ensure design quality and consistency
• Utilize technical skills to design develop and test technical solutions to business
• Improve, automate, maintain and support existing batch processes
• Cloud experience a plus
Process Management
• Champion change management / socialize with senior management
• Identify optimization opportunities in process; challenge existing processes and requirements
• Liaise with upstream and/or downstream systems personnel and Business personnel in relation to operational requirements, functional requirements definition and enhancement roll out and timeline planning.
Developmental value
• 5+ years of Technical team leading experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong or Expert level Excel user required; vba skills an advantage
• Comfort in preparing Power Point presentations to different audience levels
• Experience with KYC is a plus
• Experience with Excel, vba skills a plus

• Strong time management and task management skills; project management experience a plus
Competencies:
• A proven track record with at least 7+ years of relevant work experience
