Full Job Description Delivery Specialists report to their location’s General Manager.
Job Overview
Delivery Specialists are primarily responsible for the fulfillment, return, refurbishment, and service of rental units, while also assisting in marketing and collection activity. A successful Delivery Specialist accomplishes tasks in a timely manner, , and are capable of performing without frequent supervision. Delivery Specialist are often the final impression the company makes on a customer, a vital role in customer retention and company revenue growth.
Delivery Specialists are responsible to:
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely fulfillment of rental unit delivery & returns.
• Refurbish & service rental units to increase profit margin.
• Perform fleet vehicle reports, scheduling service when necessary.
• Utilize proper loading, unloading, and moving techniques to protect inventory assets.
• Distribute marketing materials to grow customer count.
• Assist in revenue collection through expired field visits.
• Maintain facilities to provide an excellent customer experience.
Delivery Specialists are expected to have:
• 0 occurrences of product or property damage due to negligence.
• 0 “return trips” for forgotten product, supplies, or tools.
• 24-hour product refurbishment on all returned inventory.
• 0 customer complaint calls or negative online reviews.
• 100 marketing door-hangers distributed daily.
• 5 rents activated monthly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
