Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
• Conduct XR, MD and CW product tests and e-Demos in an effective, detailed and timely manner.
• Record test data in a detailed format along with test methodology, application criteria and system requirements. Keep Regional Sales Manager, Sales Engineer and Sales Rep informed of concerns.
• Manage product test inventory and storage. (Ability to lift 25 to 50lbs for extended periods of time and wire voltages to systems).
• Identify proper size units and source accordingly.
• Know, follow and help create Safeline SOPs for the Test Lab.
• Ensure lab metrics are kept up-to-date in the Application Center Database and on the SQDC board.
• Ensure Application Center meets 5S initiatives.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring we make a positive impression on our customers.
• Maintain various reports for management
• Other duties as required by manager
What You Need to Succeed
• Knowledge, Skills, Attitude:
• Complete understanding of XR, MD and CW Inspection principles.
• Problem solving in a timely and effective manner.
• Organized and disciplined administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Clearly and honestly share information and convey information without blame. Building relationships and fulfill customer needs through disciplined listening and receptiveness to contrary ideas. Demonstrate negotiating skills through effective listening, soliciting feedback and interpersonal give and take, allowing team to arrive at a decision based on mutual trust and respect.
• Process orientation - understand all areas of responsibility in own process, goals of process and how process supports organization. Look for and identify inefficiencies in process and recommend solution for continuous improvement
Educational Requirements:
Associates or equivalent technical experience Engineering, Science or Physics.
