Are you our next Senior Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Network Security Specialist ?
The Senior Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Network Security Specialist is a member of the Mosaic North America Asset Integrity ICS Network and Security Team and is responsible for supporting the development, deployment, management and enforcement of security solutions to meet Industry ICS Security Standards and ICS Vendor Requirements.  Primary responsibilities include deploying, maintaining and utilizing threat assessment tools and utilizing system logs and other tools to identify potential risks and making recommendations for managing security risks.  Extensive cooperation with Mosaic Global IT will be required in order to ensure overall business alignment and coordination.
What will you do?
• Evaluate potential vulnerabilities to all ICS devices and determine the best path forward for communicating, addressing and mitigating those vulnerabilities.  This includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft OS and application updates, Rockwell Factory Talk Security solutions and similar evaluations of other installed ICS vendor solutions including Yokogawa, Emerson Delta V, Novatech D3 and Foxboro
• Support the development and management of ICS Network Checkpoint firewall rules to manage security risks to ICS environments.  Collaborate with the NA ICS Network and Security Team and Mosaic Global IT in designing, deploying, managing and maintaining ICS network architectures, IP segmentation philosophies, VLAN design, and remote access methodology

• Collaborate with the NA ICS Network and Security Team in the deployment, management and enforcement of Mosaic ICS security policies. This will include supporting the effort in Mosaic adopting applicable Industry standards to manage security risks in operating ICS environments
What do you need for this role?
• Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or rel c ated field preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a threat assessment analyst and/or incident responder role or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working in a process control environment
• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity (preferred)
• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) (preferred)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)
• Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) (preferred)
• Cisco CCNA (preferred)
• Cisco CCNP – Security (preferred)
• General awareness of ICS cybersecurity standards
• Experience operating in ITIL service management environment
• Working knowledge of Intrusion Prevention System technology and log evaluation
• Able to evaluate and recommend action on ICS technology threats
• Familiar with IP subnets, VLAN concepts, SIEM and security log analysis
• Experience in analyzing large volumes of information from multiple sources in order to draw conclusions regarding suspicious patterns
• Experience in analyzing processes in detail in order to create procedures that balance security concerns with the need for sustained production capabilities
• General awareness of Rockwell Factory Talk Products, specifically ControlLogix PLC’s and Distributed Factory Talk View SE Installations
• Basic ICS malware analysis and reverse engineering
• Understanding of Intrusion detection principles and signature development
• Understanding of network architecture and communication protocols
• Understanding of host and network based forensic analysis tools and techniques
• Strong verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
• Ability to present and discuss technical information at all levels of the organization in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
