Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience with progressive responsibility but may be substituted by sufficient time serving as a highly efficient Associate Business Systems Analyst
o Financial BA must be proficient with General Ledger, Human Resources, Payroll, and other business systems
o Revenue Cycle BA must be proficient with Patient Access, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Health Information Management, and Document Management and other revenue cycle systems
o Clinical BA must have familiarity with EMR, Pharmacy, Compliance and ancillary systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Visio
• Ability to independently understand and analyze the customer’s needs, research issues, and design/deliver quality solutions
• Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills
• Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to effectively manage many tasks simultaneously
• Intermittent Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy
• Ability to travel to off-site locations

Job Responsibilities:
• Provides application and technical support for assigned applications; issues; escalate issues to systems vendor.
• Ascertains the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitates the negotiation of requirements amongst the stakeholders.
• Identifies the current- and future-state business processes and guides the business stakeholders to envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
• Develops systems documentation.
• Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Communicates and collaborates with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements for all deliverables.
• Produces data reports and manages large volumes of data.
• Participates in IT “On Call” rotation for the application support team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
