Kforce has a client in search of team of Tech Ops Support Engineers and Mortgage Originations Tech Ops Engineers in Tampa, Florida (FL) and Columbus/Westerville (OH). This posting is for both the Tech Ops Support Engineers and the Mortgage Underwriter Tech Ops Engineers. Hires will have a long-term opportunity to work fulltime with our client. Duties Include:
• Provides remote and on-site support to user base, including clients, customers and partners
• Take support calls and log issues into problem management system such as Resolve, Remedy, TrackIt, ServiceNow (preferred)
• Diagnoses basic hardware and software problems by phone or email; Responds to customer inquiries and answers customer's basic questions; Assists clients via research and problem solving; Refers more complex questions to appropriate subject matter expert
Has basic understanding in the following areas:
• 24/7 Customer Support and Service Delivery Model
• Performance Metrics and Reporting
• Technical Problem Resolution such as: L1/password/printer mapping/WIFI/Internet Explorer/access issues
• Hardware issues and Supporting applications
• Business Applications Knowledge
• Business Continuity/Resiliency Knowledge/IT Risk Management
• Asset/Inventory Management
• Analytical Thinking (identifying problems and proposing ways to mitigate the risk)
• Must have experience with MS Office, strong Telephone skills and ability to document incident/resolution - Customer Service Background is key
• Platform knowledge/able to work around Windows NT & Citrix
• Mortgage knowledge is a plus such as prior experience as a Mortgage Originations Service Desk Agent, Underwriter, Loan Officer/Processor/Assistant &/or Prior experience with: LoanSoft, Zippy, Closr, Homes, ION, SBB, TMO, PACS or etc.
