We’re looking for Network Customer Support Tech .
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of network management.
Minimum 1 year of network configuration/implementation
Experience configuring and managing 100 or more devices on the network.
Experience with configuring and managing Cisco ASA/Firepower, Sonicwall NSA or comparable models Experience managing servers accessible from the Internet. (Web, Database, E-mail, FTP, etc.) Experience installing multiple IP cameras on the network and to the video recorders.
Experience installing and managing network-based video recorders.
CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
Network Customer Support Tech
Initial duties will be to learn our Video Surveillance products
Understand and be able to answer basic questions from customers calling in
Other duties will include working with customers on complex networking issues and being able to bring these problems to a positive conclusion
Organizing internal support documents (knowledge base)
The Location: Digital Watchdog has offices in Tampa, FL and Cerritos, CA.
Position listed will be in our Tampa Office

Hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
