In this role, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions, capable of being deployed in a client's environment. You will use your knowledge of development industry leading practices to create high quality digital assets at scale.

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles leading a team of developers or as an individual contributor, designing, developing and performing the maintenance of complex automations with a proven record of success in the following areas:
• Demonstrating advanced ETL skills using Alteryx or similar ETL tools;
• Demonstrating considerable analytical skills and ability to improvise configuration;
• Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team  member;
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business  process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution;
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new  processes, quickly assessing feasibility;
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where  required;
• Supporting the definition of data management requirements, including translating and  documenting needs, assessing data, and implementing appropriate data solutions &  data warehousing principles and methodologies;
• Supporting creation of scalable and efficient process automation workflows that identify  & create reusable automation components;
• Adhering to framework for automation projects to establish manageability and  maintainability of automation operations;
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks  and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the  change control process;
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios;
• Working alone or as part of a team to design and build quality RPA solutions, leveraging information about the purpose of the solution or functionality being built;
• Conceptualizing RPA solutions and understanding the prescribed RPA design architecture;
• Identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows;
• Supporting development of automation workflows such that they result in reusable assets that can be leveraged across other projects;
• Applying technical knowledge of relevant RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism;
• Working within cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Openstack, AO, SAP HEC or similar cloud providers;
• Combining strategic thinking with tactical execution as well as a passion for project management;
• Building relationships with leaders and client service professionals at all levels to establish trust and develop a productive working environment;
• Communicating well with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Owning and engaging deeply in all aspects of a project from strategy through implementation;
• Finding and connecting the right technical resources and/or stakeholders to drive projects forward;
• Prioritizing work in a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines often shift; and,
• Managing and delivering complex projects in a fast paced and changing environment that includes different stakeholders and staff members located nationally.
