Job Summary:
+ The COPE Case Manager will identify and seek appropriate resources for resolution during crisis for COPE participants.
+ Serves as a fully integrated team member to advocate for participants’ interests concerning services, treatment/program alternatives, and community resources.
+ Service provision will focus on working with clients to enhance their recovery during and immediately following a crisis episode through COPE service.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science from an accredited institution. Behavioral sciences include: Psychology; Social Work; Sociology; Human Services; Counseling; Nursing.
+ One year of relevant experience working with individuals in a service oriented field with substance use disorders after Bachelor’s degree is completes
+ A Master’s degree in a behavioral science can substitute for the one year of experience.
+ Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and have access to reliable means of transportation for job-related use.
