Full Job Description Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Order# 238583
Location: Plant City, FL
Pay: $13.75/hour
Hours: 6pm-6:30am
Duration: Temporary Assignment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Operate stand up forklift and pallet truck
· Operate production equipment including automated case packing and palletizing equipment
· Palletize product following defined product pallet patterns
· Generate pallet identification labels
· Data entry into SAP software
· Complete production records and documents
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Two years’ experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred
· A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms including SQF, HACCP, SOP, 5S and GMP
· Strong math skills
· Proficient computer skills, SAP software a plus
