Kforce has a client seeking a Customer Support in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily contact with customers to document and report on the status of pending inquiries, plus some outgoing phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Llistens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity; Must have an upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
• Set up client files and obtain necessary information
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; More education or experience may be preferred
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
• Strong time management and decision making skills
• Health Care experience
• Clinical experience
