Responsibilities
Job Description:
The CRM Developer is part of an agile development team working on the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the USSOCOM Enterprise.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for both on premises servers and a cloud environment
• Develop and maintain a platform Azure DevOps pipeline and repository
• Customize the system to meet the business needs of the USSOCOM Enterprise
• Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
• Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
• Ability to implement business workflows and processes
• Experience customizing and creating CRM entities
• Experience using CRM SDK or plugin platforms
• Experience with .NET 3.5+ development using C#
• Prior experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
