Full Job Description NOW HIRING Warehouse Coordinator!
This position reports to the operations supervisor and is responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound and outbound process of the WMS system to insure daily production needs are met, provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, and support all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI's which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules. Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders.
• Interact with the customer to communicate orders changes and updates.
• Maintains various Excel spreadsheet's and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
• Experience in SAP systems
Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of warehouse experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Offices, or working knowledge of WMS systems
