Description TTI, Inc. is searching for a Product Project Manager to join our team. The Product Project Manager position is accountable for the development, implementation, ongoing management/coordination, and reporting of asset management projects that have shared responsibility across multiple product categories.  Position is accountable for interfacing with Senior Management, Product Management and Operations to ensure the effectiveness of their assigned specialized inventory support discipline(s). The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize these skills to conduct internet research.

What our Product Project Manager will do:
• Develops assigned specialized inventory management programs for the organization by researching market conditions, including competitors’ strategies, and recommending strategies to management to meet customer needs and by working with management to develop all aspects of shared specialized asset management services.
• Manages and evaluates the effectiveness of assigned specialized inventory management program(s) by monitoring performance and progress toward department objectives and recommending process improvements to management.
• Effectively interfaces with Senior Management, Product Management and Operations to ensure the effective development, implementation and continuous improvement of all assigned specialized inventory support disciplines.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
What we look for in a Product Project Manager:
Education and Experience:
• Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Three to five years of applicable work experience with TTI products and systems knowledge preferred.
Skills and Certifications:
• Exhibits analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving ability with an inquisitive nature.
• Possesses strong organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal departments.
• Ability to understand customer needs and create strategies associated with those needs.
• Must display the confidence and comfort level needed to work with senior management on strategy and direction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer) at the intermediate level. Must be able to effectively surf the internet to conduct research.
• Working knowledge of the TTI system.
