Summary:
In this role, you will ensure contract staffing needs for our members are met by supporting the transition and maintenance of new and existing members to the Workforce Optimization suite of products and services. You will be responsible for managing product support and service for assigned facilities through the oversight of procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve in a consultative capacity in the use of contract labor technology.
• Educate clients on how to use Workforce Optimization technology products effectively.
• Troubleshoot client issues and help desk tickets.
• Monitor and analyze utilization and provide members with feedback.
• Evaluate agency procurement processes, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommended solutions.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree preferred.
• No previous work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of SnapLogic and SFTP preferred
• Basic knowledge of timekeeping systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills needed
