* Have station set up for shift * Inspect meat, fish, chicken, and all foods at station for freshness * Maintain correct weight on all portion food * Use appropriate technique set by recipe to cook all meats, fish and chicken at correct temperature * Ensure that broiler is working properly * Serve good food with nice presentation * Work safely and comply with the standard of non-negotiables
* Able to cook meat, fish and chicken by grade and temperature * Know different types of meats and fish * Able to determine if meat is safe for consumption * Knows proper knife usage * Must be committed to our mission and culture
