Full Job Description Dynamic SLR, a professional solar management firm is looking to hire a qualified and enthusiastic team
member for the Project Management Specialist role. This is a full-time position. This position is seeking
candidates who possess high competency skill sets in project management, effective multi-tasking,
detail orientation, email organization, professional business communication (verbal and written), and
customer service follow-up.
The Client Account Management Group (CAMG) is seeking for a dedicated Project Management
Specialist to oversee dedicated or various books of business within the Dynamic SLR platform. They
maintain constant, detailed communication with sales reps and management teams on pre/post-
installation project statuses and client account inquiries. In addition, this position is a liaison between
our partner clients and our in-house fulfillment operations team who handle all aspects of the solar
project pipeline. This is an intermediate level and developmental role with an accelerated career
advancement opportunity for more leadership roles within Dynamic SLR.
Responsibilities:
 Manage dedicated or various client CRM’s within the Dynamic platform
 Be a liaison between our sales organizations and our fulfillment operations team
 Oversee all project status and work to reduce project completion timelines
 Record and notate communication with customers, sales, and in-field operation representatives
 Track and monitor solar project statuses and manage post-installation processes
 Relay relevant project status updates to customers via email
 Problem solve bottlenecks and prioritize projects most essential to new partner experience
 Communicate professionally through multiple platforms such as phone, email, and group chats
 Assist in on-boarding new reps and sales organizations through workspace and CRM training
 Organize high volume email correspondents with clients and automated notifications
 Build relationships with reps and management teams with assigned accounts
 Learn all stages and technical aspects of a solar project and help troubleshoot common issues
 Be willing to learn multiple roles within Dynamic SLR and transition laterally, if needed

Location & Hours:
Our office is located in Addison, TX. Business hours are currently 10am-10pm.
Commitment & Compensation:
This position requires a 5-day work week at our office location. Minimal work done remotely.
