Summary:
Experienced Medical Office Receptionist must be able is to answer the phone/ triage patient calls to appropriate personnel and check-in patients for their appointments. You will ensure HIPPA consents are complete and signed annually for each patient. You must be able to use basic office equipment, and have great communication skills. You will be in charge of the office inventory, mail, copying charts and sending finalized operative reports to dialysis centers, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills / Requirements:
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• High School Graduate
• 2 years of experience as a receptionist required
• Multi-tasking and handling multiple incoming calls.
