This position is for a Regional Clinical Manager who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. The Regional Clinical Manager reports to the Sr Vice President of Clinical Service and functions to varying degrees in the capacity of clinical leader and supervisor responsible for quality, training, and clinical services within a specified region(s) of Spero Health. The Regional Clinical Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Participates with the Regional Operations Director and Facility Administrator in the identification and development of facility specific education and outcome goals.
• Monitors/Leads the Clinical Review process for assigned locations.
• Supervises any Quality Care Specialist and Telehealth counselors in their assigned areas
• Assists in the development, review, revision, and roll out of clinical policies and procedures and/or education materials
• Ensures quality management programs are in place and functional in the facilities.
• Participates in the QA/QI meetings quarterly to ensure areas for improvement are addressed and appropriate action plan is formulated per policy and procedure
• Performs facility audits as indicated per audit policy and provide support in developing a plan of correction.
• Works with the Facility Administrator and Regional Operations Director to ensure implementation and resolution of deficiencies
• Ascertains specific training needs in the division/region and implement a plan to address these needs
• Monitors state regulations to ensure Spero Health training programs meet or exceed requirements
• Provides continuing education and in-services/materials to teammates and patients to improve knowledge base and to meet regulatory and safety requirements on an as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education or Sociology
• Experience:
• At least four years of experience; Independent licensing, credentialing and/or certification is preferred or equivalent behavioral health experience
• Supervisory experience in social service setting
• Knowledge of substance abuse recovery and behavioral health care necessary
• License: LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LCADC
