Full Job Description Description: As our Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for several aspects of our field geotechnical services, such as overseeing field exploration, geotechnical analysis and design, laboratory testing, report preparation, inspections, earthwork construction monitoring, forensic analysis and recommendations and geo-structural design.
In addition, you will oversee the construction department reviewing field reports, providing assistance in estimating, providing trouble shooting in the field when needed, and helping with technical advancement of field technicians.
Environmental experience a plus but not required.
You will be responsible for preparing proposals, reports, and marketing. Emphasis and priority given to ability to market to existing clients and prospective clients.
Basic Requirements Include:
BS or MS degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required;
PE or EIT/FE Licensure Preferred. Will consider applicants with PG or GIT licensure.
Daily travel frequent; occasional overnight travel (less than 5% of time)
Valid Driver’s License
Strong field orientation
Proven problem-solving skills both individually and as a team
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Environmental Engineering experience preferred
Candidates that are willing and have ability to market will be given preference

Pay: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
