Registered Behavior Technician (RBT )
Spectrum House Autism Center is currently seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide clinic, in-home and community based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum.
Do you love working with all kinds of people? Are you looking for a new career making a difference in someone's life? This is an entry level position where you can train on the job to become a Registered Behavior Technician with flexible part-time hours.
RBTs implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to persons of all ages with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you'll have direct influence on patient success.
Treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at all times. You will be provided with extensive initial and ongoing training throughout your career, always at your own pace and going in the direction you want.

We are looking for:
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree Graduates (preferred)
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Non-RBTs
• Flexible part-time hours—Open 7 days a week to work more hours!
• Center-based and in-home therapists
• Motivated and enthusiastic personalities
A Level II background check will be required for this position.
