Not for profit, Hawthorne Village of Brandon, a full service retirement community, is seeking an experienced, qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Nursing Home Administrator is also the Executive Director of the entire campus. Perfect candidate must have 3 plus years of experience as an NHA, have strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have experience with high rehab case mix and building census and occupancy. Must be familiar with all State and Federal regulations for nursing homes in Florida, and a proven track record of regulatory compliance and high quality of care in most recent position. Prefer a candidate with campus experience (SNF, ALF, and Independent Living), but not required. Would prefer an Administrator who is also CORE trained for ALF. Must be able to establish a positive culture. Level 2 background screen and pre employment drug screening required, and must be COVID-19 negative.
