Overview :
The Office Administrator will support multiple Engineering Managers in tracking work orders, workflow, due dates, and employee timesheets. Additional duties will include safety compliance and fleet tracking. We are seeking someone eager to learn and grow with us as a company. This position will primarily work remote and will require occasional time in our Tampa office for training or meetings.
Responsibilities :
• Collect work order details and track progress as jobs move through the engineering processes
• Collect daily timesheets, reviewing for accuracy
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets
• Coordinate fleet vehicle registration, titles, fuel and maintenance
• Responding to request for information by phone and email
• Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to regulations and policies
• Other work of a similar nature, as required
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Communicates in a clear logical style, both orally and in writing
• Has the ability to win respect and influence others by own behavior
• Has a positive approach and demonstrates high professional standards
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Docs and/or Smartsheets
• The confidence and ability to work flexible and on your own initiative
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize own work, and to use initiative in solving problems
• Able to work well as part of a team and willing to support others with a wide range of tasks
• Continuously pursues to improve skills through on the job or external training
