As a Surgical Technologist I, you'll be responsible for assisting the surgical staff and nursing personnel in the perioperative care of our patients in the operating room and providing technical support to the surgical team. This role also includes inventory control and management, and administrative duties in the absence of an administrative assistant.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program is required
• Two (2) years of experience as a surgical technician in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center is required
• (LC: CST) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required within (1)one year of assuming the position.
