We are currently offering a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus to external candidates for this position. $750.00 will be paid at hire and $750.00  after 6 months of successful employment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This is a professional exempt position, responsible for providing Case Management (and may involve clinical) supervision to "teams" delivering foster care and related services within CBC. Teams may include (besides the Case Manager), therapist, foster parents, primary Caregiver, Guardian Ad Litem and other appropriate professionals. Candidate must have a current certification with the Florida Certification Board. The supervision will focus on the safety and permanency of the children and attainment of specific performance standards and outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agency staff responsible for supervision shall have a master's degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience in human services or child welfare programs. A bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited college or university or related area of study and four years of experience in human services or child welfare programs may be substituted. A doctorate in social work or a related area of study may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
Related areas of study are: Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Nursing.
Must have reliable transportation & ability to use personal car to transport clients. As required by CBC/Agency, must have a valid Florida Drivers’ license and current automobile insurance coverage. In-addition, Motor Vehicles Report (MVR) checks are conducted according to the agency policy.   An acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check is required to maintain your position. If your driving record is no longer acceptable you will no longer be qualified for your position .
