JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking for a Full-Time Hours weekly Medical Assistant (MA) with PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE to join our growing practice. The MA will assist providers with general rheumatology injections and infusion services. The MA will provide patient education, record vital statistics, administer injections, chart documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Position may also include answering clinical calls, communicating results, filling prescriptions, and scheduling treatments and follow-up appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong phlebotomy skills REQUIRED.
• Prior Medical Assisting (MA) experience and EMR (eCW) experience is strongly preferred .
• Ability to cross train.
