Full Job Description We need a ROCKSTAR Dental Assistant!
We are looking for someone that has a lot of energy and willing to get to the office by 6:15am...huddle is at 6:40am and our first patients are at 7am! No "Rolling Out Of Bed" looks accepted!
Apply if you are FUN, but professional, willing to treat our patients like your own family, you are extremely confident and knowledgeable in your dental assisting skills, and willing and experienced to help out with front desk duties.
Basic Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
~Gather patient information and health background
~Providing patient care and support
~Taking GREAT x-rays!
~Prepare each op for the proper procedures
~Assisting dentist by handing them instruments and equipment, taking notes when needed
~Educating patients on procedures, home care, and good oral hygiene habits
~Preparing materials for crowns
~Take GREAT dental impressions!
~Perform sealant and bleaching applications
~Directing patients and maintaining schedule
~Ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and stocking ops
~Miscellaneous Duties
We work Monday through Thursday 7am~4pm
(occasional Fridays when "catch up" work is needed)
2 YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
• Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

• Assisting chair-side
• Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
• Using computers to update electronic patient records
• Assisting with lab tasks as needed
• Assisting with front office tasks as needed
