Overview:
Regional Managers help patients get the care they need and fulfill our mission through their support of the operations, growth, and development of their assigned area Offices. They oversee Offices to ensure practice goals are achieved including budgeted profit targets. They partner with the Doctors to help Doctors achieve their business goals. This position has direct supervision of Office Managers in assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
• Provides visible support and manages the non-clinical operations of assigned regional Offices to ensure they are positioned to meet or exceed company goals.
• Partners with Doctors to educate them on company metrics which support their business goals.
• Partners with Doctors and Recruitment Managers to assess, select, and hire members of their assigned regional Office teams.
• Partners with Doctors and Office Managers to onboard and train members of their assigned regional Office teams.
• Partners with Doctors and Director of Operations to evaluate Office Managers’ performance, resolve performance issues, provides positive feedback, and takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
• Partners with Doctors and Director of Operations to provide active involvement in the people decisions of the Office Managers.
• Partners with the Doctors and Director of Operations to prepare and deliver performance reviews; develops performance plans and goals for Office Managers
• Partners with Doctors and Office Managers to initiate and manage employee practices to empower and reward Office teams for meeting Office goals and demonstrating behaviors consistent with the company’s vision.
• Assesses and maintains appropriate staffing levels in assigned regional Offices.
• Monitors revenues and expenditures for each Office to assure budgeted targets are met.
• Partners with Doctors, Office Managers, and Support Center teams to identify and execute corrective action to improve Office performance.
• Provides input to the Director of Operations on initiatives, policies, and practices that support the company goals and objectives.
• Support pilot initiatives.
• Provides a safe and clean facility for our patients to receive care and team members to work.
• Ensure the office is OSHA compliant and housekeeping and preventative equipment maintenance schedules are followed.
Qualifications:
• Education Level: High School or diploma or GED
• Job Related/Industry Experience: 3years
• Ability to travel daily to assigned Offices
• General business knowledge; understanding of profitability, P&L statements
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications, and company operational systems
• Physical Requirements: Mostly walking, talking, standing, and updating information in computer systems
