This position provides a multitude of opportunities to serve diverse cases and clients while receiving opportunities for direct supervision from knowledgeable BCBAs. We work with clients of all ages and abilities, and opportunities are available to provide services in a variety of settings: family homes, community settings, group homes, the clinic, and public and private schools.
RBT Duties
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
• Must be a current Medicaid Provider
• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Intensive implementation of behavior reduction and social skill acquisition procedures including, but not limited to, ABLLS-R programming, AFLS programming, and leisure skill programs.
• Conducting caregiver training and proficiency monitoring checks. Providing feedback to improve caregiver/teacher performance of skills outlined in the Behavior Analysis Support Plan.
• Assist in entering and graphing data
• Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
