Full Job Description We are looking for the right individual to join our team. Team member must be a mature, fast learner who can demonstrate amazing multitask abilities and have strong communication skills. We are willing to cross-train for front and back office.
A good prospect will have some or all of the following:
• have a love of holistic healthcare
• demonstrate a history of experience being a high-level organizer
• skilled in handling a variety of customer situations
• thorough and consistent communication both written and verbally
• keep a level head when things around you are hectic
• possess the ability to switch seamlessly from task to task
• monitors the entry and exit of visitors/patients, assisting them with information as needed
• handles phone calls, responds to email, schedule patients and handles patient flow
• supervise and assist patients with rehab and therapy
• has flexibility to learn and perform additional job duties.
Chiropractic experience preferred but not required. This is a 20-29-hour- position, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays.
Hours are generally from 9:00 am – 6:30 pm with a 1-2 hour break. Pay commensurate with experience.
NOTE: Applicants that do not complete assessments will not be considered
