Full Job Description • Management of patient check-in and check-out as well as scheduling and patient satisfaction
• Assist in full revenue cycle management.
• Participate in Development and update policies and procedures.
• Implemented training and cross-training of new and current employees.
• HR relations for all new and existing employees. Including OSHA and HIPPA
• To Process month end reporting for the practice Management
• Attend monthly physician meetings to discuss goals and accomplishment.
• Manage contracts with managed healthcare companies
• participate in expansion of the office and new locations and recruitment of physicians and ARNP
• participate pharmacy dispensing setup.
• Hospital and privileges applications
• Participate in the Medical office building management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
