Full Job Description Enrollment Support Coordinator
Kentucky Wesleyan College, a private, liberal arts college with a long-standing reputation for quality and academic excellence, is seeking applications for a full-time Enrollment Support Coordinator in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.
Major Responsibilities
• Serving as a first point of contact for the office, greeting all visitors and answering all calls in a polite and welcoming manner.
• Scheduling and coordinating campus visits, as well as tracking and reporting data related to the campus visit program.
• Conducting campus tours for individuals and groups as needed.
• Assisting with office correspondence on a variety of platforms (email, mail, text, etc.).
• Assisting with data management in College information databases.
• Providing information and assistance to prospective students and their families on the admissions and financial aid processes, application status, Federal Student Aid process, academic programs, campus visitation, and housing.
Qualifications
• At least three years of previous experience in reception and/or customer service.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
